ATI is seeking to hire a Sr Human Resources Business Partner to support two locations for our Forged Products Business Unit. This position will be based in East Hartford, CT with site responsibility in East Hartford, CT and Margate, FL. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be providing multi-site support for the two manufacturing sites. You will actively engage in employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, succession, workforce management and organizational development. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. + Develop, communicate, and implement the Human Resources functions goals, objectives, and activities in support of ATIs business strategies and objectives + Lead change in collaboration with stakeholder needs + Oversee the talent and performance management processes to ensure that performance measures are attained, and levels of accountability are established + Serve as a business partner to managers and supervisors and provide coaching and guidance on workplace issues + Drive performance management and training and development + Facilitate employee relations issues and resolutions + Project Management
