Our client, a midsize law firm in Boston, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner. This individual will play a key role on the HR team, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training and development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional and a strategic thinker who is adept at identifying and framing problems while building trusting relationships.

Some responsibilities include:

Partner with managers and employees across all functions on coaching, counseling and employee relations and/or outreachSignificant role in employee engagement and learning and development programs, including mentoring and coachingOversee annual evaluation process and performance management for designated departments

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required8+ years of broad HR experience, with a minimum of 5+ years at the management or business partner level Strong knowledge of compliance in the workplace
