8+ years of progessive HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership position.Professional services industry experience, required.Familiarity with consultative sales and billable work environments.Strong employee relations and performance management background.Bachelors' degree, required.

The salary range for this position is $175k-$190k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
