**Job Purpose :**
This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who is looking to build an HR career in a successful and growing company. This Sr. HR Business Partner position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in the commercial functions. This position acts as an employee champion, change agent, and business partner to managers, supervisors, and employees in Customer Development and Marketing, by leading a variety of HR professional work including: talent management and development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, as well as alignment on priorities on diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee well-being. This role will also lead leadership and capability assessment for the company and liaise with the global L&D team for learning needs and program delivery. Work closely with global HR teams to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources and build the best working environment to support business priorities.
**Core Responsibilities :**
+ Provide strategic HR partnership to assigned functions
+ Responsible for the talent management, workforce planning and organization effectiveness
+ Identify people development needs and compensation action for functions and provide timely and effective solutions
+ Work closely with CBS HR support on talent acquisition strategy and execution; ensure agreed timelines are fulfilled, and hire the right talents for the company.
+ Lead capability building assessment and planning for the company
+ Champion select HR programs/ processes
+ Other ad-hoc HR projects assigned
**Education and Functional Experience required :**
**Education** :
+ Bachelor’s degree
**Requirements:**
+ At least 10 years of Human Resources experience in a fast paced, professional environment; with at least 6 years in an HR business partner role.
+ Solid experience in employee life cycle management from onboarding to termination
+ Highly experienced in talent management and performance management as an HR partner
+ Strong problem-solving and excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills;
+ Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority;
+ Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work based on demand; highly organized and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
+ Good knowledge of employment laws and practices and has experienced dealing with employee relations issues and investigations
+ Highly customer-oriented and have a successful track interfacing with employees
+ Results driven, self- starter with strong sense of urgency;
+ High level of personal leadership and integrity
+ Experienced in working with global HR systems
