Roush's Human Resource Department is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner. This person will provide strategic HR leadership and consulting to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. They will also utilize best practices in communication, performance management, coaching, talent development and change management to foster a culture of highly engaged employees.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will:
Lead the planning effort to implement HR strategic initiatives across the enterprise that include a disciplined project management approach to execution.Research and deploy best practices in change management, engagement, organizational design and talent management with the HRBP team.Design career path and development frameworks with a goal of retaining high potentials and fostering internal career mobility.Facilitate HR owned training and development offerings to leaders and employees.Provide consultative and full cycle support in resolving employee relations challenges; lead investigation process for your areas of scope.Facilitate the talent review process and follow up to drive the development of deepersuccession benches and to mitigate turnover of high potentials.Coach leaders on goal development to ensure employee expectations and metrics are clear and aligned to business outcomes.Collaborate with the HR operations team to ensure the execution of HR processes are consistent and timely.Support the development, implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to improve the employee experience and compliance.Utilize HR reporting capability to analyze data to identify themes and takeaways for key initiatives that include succession planning, talent mobility, organizational development, career planning and employee engagement.To be considered a Senior HR Business Partner, you will need:
Bachelors required in HR, Business Administration or related field.
