The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. This role will focus on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and develop HR strategies that support business objectivesProvide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational developmentAct as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related mattersBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organizationEngage with employees at all levels to understand their needs and perspectivesAct as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure alignment and collaborationUse a high level of influence to drive change and gain buy-in for HR initiativesDemonstrate integrity and ethical behavior in all interactions and decisionsDevelop and implement strategies for employee retention, career development, and succession planningConduct performance management processes and provide coaching and feedback to managersMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make recommendations for improvementCollaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across the organizationUtilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and provide insights to business leadersPrepare and present reports on HR activities, trends, and outcomesAddress employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective mannerFoster a positive and inclusive work environment through proactive employee engagement initiativesQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMaster’s degree preferredMinimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP roleExperience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is highly desirableStrong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamicsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levelsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyProficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software, Workday experience strongly preferredThis position may require occasional travelAbility to work full-time in officeAxos Employee Benefits May Include:
