HR in ASML consists of over 600 HR professionals across the globe, supporting ASML with business partnering, expertise and people operations. We are looking for a HR Partner for our Research organization.
Role and responsibilities:In this exciting position you will be contributing to the shaping and execution of the Research strategy, representing the people and organization dimension. You will have a focus on the following:
Integrate business challenges and HR solutions, building an effective people agenda for the organization
Provide advice to and coach leaders on transformation and people-related issues
Support the development of an effective, engaged and high performing staff, visible role models of our values and (leadership) behaviors
Champion employee engagement to create an engaging, exciting place to work, supporting growth and development of people.
Advise the business on people and organizational (design) issues that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business
Drive the key HR processes within Research, such as headcount planning, staffing and succession planning, organization capability development, leadership and talent development, and performance management.
Education and experience:You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree for example in HRM or organizational/business studies.
You have at least 10+ years of experience in the field of HR.
You have proven yourself to be a trustworthy business partner who is close to the business and able to provide advice and feedback to leaders
You bring knowledge in the field of People Performance Management, Talent Management, transformation and change as well as operational expertise.

Other information:This role is a full-time positions (40 hours). Working part-time is possible in case you're available for at least 4 days a week.
