Partner with Line of Businesses in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR processes, policies and activities in line with Oracle Policies and Morocco Labor Laws. Support, guide and coach the managers and employees on all HR related matters, provide guidance on policies. Support dedicated client group with their talent management and performance management needs. Collaborate with multiple EMEA HR Expertise teams (HR Shared Services, Recruitment, C&B, OTD, Mobility etc), HR Business Partners on HR related matters. Work closely with hiring manager and recruiters relating to new hires as well as international transferees. Provide country-based HR support in relation to talent acquisition, onboarding, career development, transfer and off-boarding Manage employee relations issues, resolve employee concerns, and manage escalations. Act as a bridge to resolve employee / and or management concerns Investigate ER complaints and issues and maintain compliance of Oracle policies. Liaise with employment legal and compliance as required. Prepare, analyze, and share diagnostics to the business periodically on HR related matters. Participate/lead initiatives/HR projects (as required), link and measure HR deliverables with the business results. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives, organizational change, performance management as required.Skills and attributes required for the role:

Responsibilities
Partner with the business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Assist in the development and execution of the HR strategy including identifying creative approaches to assisting the business. Manage employee relations matters and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Maintain confidentiality: Safeguard employee information and ensure compliance with privacy laws and internal data protection policies. Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information. Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within Oracle. Lead and support special projects. Participate with the relevant stakeholders & provide reports on various aspects of Oracle’s employee lifecycles that will assist the business to make data related decisions. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners. Lead the development of collateral materials for HR initiatives. May train and mentor other team members. Have project lead role. May perform other duties as assigned.
