Job Profile Summary Description
This HR Systems and
Reporting Specialist plays a critical role within the HR Shared Services
(HRSS) team, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all HR service
delivery across the entire employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire). Leveraging
SGN's HRIS and other related HR technology, this role provides timely
insights and analysis to support decision making and drive continuous
improvement in service level performance and meet the evolving needs of our
diverse customer groups
The Senior HR Data
Analyst will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting HR data across
Hire to Retire to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data
visualisation tools, and the ability to communicate complex HR data findings
to stakeholders.
Principal Accountabilities
Run:
Gather, cleanse, and analyse HR data from various SGN sources, including HRIS, and talent management systems
Gain ‘super-user’ knowledge of HR systems, processes and integrations
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and insights
Execute root-cause analysis in case of deviations from expected performance level
Ensuring systems and data are GDPR compliant
Liaising with stakeholders to ensure project plans, milestone and timelines are being managed effectively and efficiently
Balancing the requirements of the wider business and translating into effective system processes
Delivering and overseeing training to the wider business
Respond to both scheduled and adhoc data requests from the business and where required respond to a support external regulatory requests
Transform:
Conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and insights related to SGN’s workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives
Provide data & MI for Leadership to identify business challenges and influence change
Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Making decisions on the transformation of data and systems for wider benefits
Grow:
Conduct, lead and support HR Data & Analytics projects where identified by the HR Shared Services Lead and Systems and Reporting lead
Identify and report on process improvement opportunities
Scoping out future requirements of HR systems including costs, benefits and getting agreement from Leadership
