\nThe Human Resources Supervisor reports to the Human Resources Manager, supporting him / her in managing all aspects of Human Resources affairs, in line with Hilton and hotel policies and procedures.

What will I be doing?
\nAs the Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nProcessing people's movement, and payroll-related processes on the Orisoft system adhering to the local employment regulations, including administering the time management systems that involve new team member registration and attendance checking for month-end payroll closing.\nEnsure overtime claims are supported by proper approval and authorization. \nEnsure the team member's exit clearance is processed according to the hotel procedure.\nAssist with team members' medical and insurance administration tasks such as enrolment and deletion. This also includes liaising with the insurance provider for any support requirements.\nAssist with administering and generating annual leave reports to distribute to Heads of Department monthly.\nAdministering payment requisition process.\nMaintain effective internal communication with team members and respond to team members' inquiries promptly.\nAssist with supervising and maintaining team members' facilities.\nMaintain confidentiality at all times, ensuring strict practice of office lock-up and security of information.\nEnsure all practices are aligned with the Hilton HR audit requirements. \nMaintain a systematic filing system.\nParticipate in the HR initiatives or projects assigned. This includes supporting the HR team in planning, organizing, and implementing team member engagement programs.\nCarry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nWhat are we looking for?
\nA Senior HR Executive serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
\n\nDegree/Diploma in Human Resources or any relevant discipline\nAt least 2 years of Human Resources practices\nGood understanding of the Local Employment Act\nGood command of English in writing and speaking to meet business needs.\nGood command of the local language to communicate with the local team members.\nPossess exceptional self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships and navigate complex situations with tact and sensitivity.\nEmotional intelligence is essential for understanding and responding to team members' needs, managing conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.\nProficient in operating Microsoft Office applications and HRMS.\nPossess a good work ethic.\nExceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks, processes, and communications.\nAbility to maintain excellent relations with associates and maintain team member and guest confidentiality at all times.\n\n\n
