The Senior Executive, HR Systems & Processes is responsible for providing support for the human resource information systems (HRIS), through leveraging on technology, in furthering the process and systems to enable HR functions and organization effectiveness. This includes the use of HR metrics and analytics, and business process re-engineering to enhance organizational capabilities.
Key accountabilities
Participate in the end-to end project schedule for a system upgrade/ implementation from requirements gathering, UAT, user training and system go-live preparations Participation in the evaluation and implementation of HR Projects Develop process and system documentation so as to facilitate HR user’s learning and understanding in order to achieve mastery over the processes and system in an effective and efficient manner Provision of the 1st and 2nd tier system and process support to HR business partners and specialists Preparation of the regular monthly and quarterly reports such as the headcount reports, attrition reports and the quarterly Balanced Scorecard report, as well as the provision of ad-hoc data/ informationQualifications & Experience
Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or Information Technology with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity Experience in cloud HR implementation would be an advantage, candidate with experience in SuccessFactors will be highly preferred Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaborate across a diverse group of internal and external colleagues Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
