What you will do…

Engage Axxessians to drive a high-performance culture through cross-team collaboration.Build credible and trusting relationships with managers and employees to help facilitate effective employee communications and relationsEmbrace and encourage innovation, creativity and problem-solvingIdentify, develop and facilitate trainings that will enhance skill development and career growthSupport the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experienceEmpower the sharing of ideas through a culture of diversity and inclusionProvide guidance to employees and leaders on various HR topics and issues

What you bring…

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience  Deep knowledge of a broad range of Human Resource disciplinesExperience supporting global markets is a plusExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsTechnology industry experience preferredExperience working effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, diverse and dynamic environmentDemonstrate ability to identify and implement HR policies Track record of flexibility, sound business judgement and problem-solvingProfessional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
