Description Hannah Savage is looking for a Senior HR Generalist focused on fostering a positive and productive work environment for her client's organization in the hospitality industry. As the sole HR professional, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required, as it is the primary platform for managing HR-related tasks. • 3-5 years of overall HR experience • Strong understanding of benefit functions is necessary, including administration, enrollments, and changes. • Must have an in-depth knowledge of compliance regulations and laws to ensure company-wide adherence. • Ability to handle employee relations with sensitivity and professionalism is crucial. • Experience with hiring processes, from initial screening to final selection, is expected. • Proficient in payroll management to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees. • Demonstrated experience in onboarding new hires, facilitating a smooth transition into the company.
