SENIOR HR GENERALIST
Location: Pune, India (Hybrid)

Reporting to the Sr HR Manager, Asia South, you will be responsible for core Colleague Relations services in India, with the opportunity of involvement in the wider APAC region. You will have the opportunity to work with talented colleagues and leaders within our organization.
You will respond to colleague queries based on policy and employment compliance frameworks; provide guidance and procedural advice to managers in their Colleague Relations matters; and work closely with the CR HR managers, providing tactical support to them in more complex matters, escalations and initiatives.
You will partner with our corporate centres of excellence as they drive global functions such as talent management, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, and analytics.
The responsibilities encompass many areas within HR, including but not limited to employment, compliance, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, benefits administration, global mobility, talent systems and analytics and terminations. Due to the variety and breadth of responsibilities, we are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can think critically, wrangle data and apply knowledge to the topic at hand to resolve issues.
Your Day to Day:
Collaborate with the Colleague Success team members to deliver operational excellence enabling the efficient and effective onboarding, off boarding, colleague relations, and HR compliance. Respond to colleague inquiries, resolve colleague issues by referring to internal policy and core employment frameworks & entitlements locally, acting as a bridge between them and management. Maintain knowledge of compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of colleagues, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Data compilation, reporting and submission as per audit request and government compliance requirements to statutory compliance vendors. Work on internal Compensation benchmarking as per ad hoc requests and internal transfers & advise stakeholders. Assist in Group medical, Life Insurance, Personal Accidental, EAP, renewals, maintaining and sharing relevant data with Insurance providers/ brokers. Administration of Global Mobility cases. Maintain Employee relations and Manage Grievance handling, operating within clear parameters and recognising when to escalate. Assist with Policy formulations and reviews, investigations, disciplinary actions, Support Colleague Success projects, initiatives and other general ad hoc Colleague Success Operations duties. Identify opportunities for improvement. Social budget allocation, communication and work closely with social committee members.Measures of Success:
Recognition for providing the highest levels of Colleague Experience, whilst being wholly aligned with business priorities. Query turnaround time & proactiveness in completing the tasks. Willingness to explore new areas/venture into new Colleague Success projects. Knowledge sharing with the other CR team members.What You Bring to The Team:
At least 7+ years of experience in HR Generalist and HR Operations role, preferably within the IT Industry. Knowledge of compliance requirement and labour laws across India. Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to shape communication style to suit internal and external customers. The ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.What We Offer:
