Job Summary   简 介

Manage and implement the design and delivery of global activities to accelerate the development of the AstraZeneca Talent Management Process, assisting in the formation of a robust talent pipeline. Work with HRBPs to understand business needs and work out talent solution as talent partner.

Job Responsibilities 职 责

Organization Development

Develop organization design and development tools and empower HRBPsReinforce AZ culture and values through training, development and engagement activities.Provide change management tools and facilitate the change.

Talent Development Program Design and Management

X-SET talent development program collaborationLocal talent development programs design and implementationInternational assignment and global development program implementation. Program design for equipping the talent for international assignment.

Assessment Tools Management

Searching/upgrade/management in promotion, hipo-assessment, new capability talents, hiring in manager role, MR role, Intern selectionAssessment center /Development center management360 Feedback tool

Employee experience design and implement

New employee induction program revamp: Work with AZU, TAq, Rewards, Employee service and HRBPs to revamp new employee induction program.Pulse survey global contact person. Work with HRBPs on action plans to make AZ a great place to work.Find opportunities to improve employee experience with full lifecycle support.

Talent Partner

Work with HRBPs to understand business needs and work out talent solution as talent partner.

Others

Support and coordinate other development events, like people development week, global/local development programs, HR system support, data analysis and maintenance, other tasks and projects based on supervisor’s requests

Job requirements     工 作 要 求       

An activator who drives for execution excellence and possesses strong achievement orientationStakeholder management experience and a strong relationship builder / influencerStrong Learning agilityExperience of working with external vendorsOrganization design and transformation experience preferredExperience of working in a global, complex organization; Pharmaceutical industry background is a plus.8+ years’ solid experience in talent management or leadership development areas.At least a university graduate, preferably with HR or related major.HR Consulting firm background is highly preferredProficient in oral and written communication (English)
