We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager specializing in Employee Relations to join our HR team. This role revolves around being a partner for business, encouraging a positive and productive environment, supporting compliance with labor laws and local policies, a digital champion for HR processes and a C&B leader for organization.
Key responsibility areas
Employee Relations – HR Partner:
Advise on labor law, policies, and C&B for management and employees.
Oversee performance management and disciplinary cases.
Conduct audits on labor and contractor relations.
Design and implement policies.
Lead restructuring and union relations.
Partner on staffing and career planning.
C&B strategy:
Calibrate roles and pay ranges (Hay methodology).
Analyze labor market data with regional C&B teams.
Ensure payroll governance and tax compliance.
Implement company benefits at the plant level (Pension Plan, Insurance).
Lead payroll and benefits audits.
Co-lead salary budgeting, considering payroll, tax, and benefits.
Train employees and management on C&B structure design.
Co-lead merit increase process with business leaders.
HR Admin:
Lead admin/payroll group (3 employees) to enhance procedures and implement digital projects.
Support business with Russian labor law and risk management.
Job Qualifications
Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week) & relocation to Novomoskovsk, Tula region
Any higher education degree
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in human resources
Solid understanding of Russian labor legislation, employee relations practices, and HR best practices.
Good command of English (Upper Intermediate or higher level)
Basic understanding of merit review processes, salary ranges calibration vs market, roles calibration process
Strong digital skills on O365 extended solutions (PowerAutomate, PowerApp, PowerBI)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple multifunctional projects, influence peers
Vendor management skills: build partnership, ensure clarity and delivery of SLAs & KPIs, lead change management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex employee relations issues.
Familiarity with employee engagement and communication approaches
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong emotional intelligence and empathy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative multifunctional team.

Monthly salary starting from 300 000 RUB gross
