We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources team in Manchester and Hooksett, NH and Naples, FL in a manufacturing environment. This is an ONSITE position working out of Manchester, NH. This role reports to the VP of HR.

This role is instrumental in partnering with the business and its leaders.

Responsibilities include creating and executing HR and People strategy, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will be key in driving organizational culture. You will help shape our employer brand strategy. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your HR team.

As the face of our company culture, the human resources professional will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as enthusiasm for nurturing employee performance and great work environment.

Responsibilities

Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environmentEngage in talent management and talent developmentDiscuss employees’ and managers career development pathsMonitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire) and drive an increase in retention and engagement.Review departmental budgetsOrganize and lead learning and development programsEnsure HR addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely mannerMaintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations

Requirements

Ability to engage and partner with all levels of the organizationProven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar roleSolid understanding of labor legislationExcellent communication abilitiesLeadership skillsAbility to foster healthy employee relationsDegree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
