Senior HR Manager
Employee Relations: * Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, resolving workplace issues while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. * Investigate employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in alignment with company policies. * Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture and retention. Compliance & HR Policies: * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO regulations. * Conduct regular audits and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and industry best practices. * Provide training to managers and employees on compliance, workplace ethics, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Benefits Administration: * Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), leave policies, and wellness initiatives. * Work closely with vendors and brokers to evaluate and improve benefits offerings. * Ensure timely communication and education regarding benefits to employees and resolve any related concerns. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). * 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. * Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. * Experience handling investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management. * In-depth understanding of HR laws and regulations. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. * Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
