The Sr. HR Officer - Recruitment is responsible for implementing the end to end recruitment process of the company. He/She is responsible for the successful placement of talents on all approved manpower requirements and in ensuring that other recruitment-related services are delivered effectively.
Regularly performs various sourcing activities and initiatives Screens and interviews candidates based on required competencies and qualifications Serves as Online Testing Administrator, generates test links for candidates and online results for requesting party Provides regular and timely updates to hiring managers, participates in calibration meetings, communicates challenges/recommendations Coordinates interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers and third-party providers Ensures accuracy and timeliness of recruitment reports and regular updating of applicant trackers Informs qualified candidates or “near hires” of pre-employment requirements Ensures that all recruitment databases are always updated. Facilitates and conducts reference check, background checks and onboarding of successful candidates
