This position is responsible for the seamless delivery of HR processes and services with a focus on driving consistency, standardization, and operational excellence to deliver outstanding support to our TSMs. In partnership with Legal and HR COEs, this position develops HR processes for key initiatives as well as related change management, communications and presentations aimed at the successful rollout of HR operational activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the coordination and administration of various HR Global programs and initiatives.Assist with the coordination of new hire onboarding program and related compliance across the enterprise to ensure a consistent approach for the assimilation of employees.Assist with onboarding communications, tools, governance, metrics, and reporting to measure overall effectiveness.Provide support to HR operations projects, change management initiatives, communication efforts, and issue escalations as it relates to operational effectiveness.Assist with Form I-9 administration and helps support long term plan for third party I-9 management and remediation.Ensure HR processes are documented, compliant and adhered to.Continuous focus on process improvements with an eye on operational efficiency for HR.Work on special projects as needed.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Good knowledge of labor laws and legislation.Strong data analytics abilities.Proficiency with Excel.Excellent judgement and independent decision-making abilities.Excellent ability to prioritize activities with minimal guidance.Strong ability to work independently, multi-task, and escalate complex matters to management’s attention.Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.Good presentation and public speaking skills.Excellent customer service.Effective people skills.Previous experience using Workday preferred.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent verbal and written skills.Utilization of strong discretion and judgement in working with highly confidential and/or sensitive data.Ability to effectively collaborate and work as a team.GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Travel typically less than 10%.Office environment.No special physical demands required.The posted range for this position is $85,670 to $117,797 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
