Senior HR Partner
We have an opportunity for a Senior HR Partner to join our team in Bucharest. As a Senior HR Partner at Honeywell, you will play a\ncritical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our customers. You will\nhave a significant impact on the organization by working with business leaders and\nmanagers to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and\ndrive strategies to support the development and retention of our talented\nworkforce.
In this role, you will report to the Country HR Director and\nyou will work in 3/2 hybrid working setup out of the Bucharest office. You will be responsible for managing various\nHR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent\nacquisition, employee retention and engagement, and HR policies. Your expertise\nin HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of\nour HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional\nteams to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business\nobjectives. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities:
Develop and\nimplement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives;Find and fix significant risks that would impact the\nbusiness and align internal policies to relevant laws and regulations\nand ensure compliance; provide location-specific HR expertise;Deploy HR solutions locally and build high performing\nteams; cultivate a pool of talented leaders and managers;Implement talent solutions and guide managers on tools to\nfind, hire, grow, and keep talent aligned to the business strategy;Identify upcoming talent and find opportunities to enable\ncareer growth in the business; focus on succession planning;Influence managers to engage their workforce and foster a\nworkplace well-being culture that values inclusion and diversity.Key skills and qualifications:
