Senior HR Partner

We have an opportunity for a Senior HR Partner to join our team in Bucharest. As a Senior HR Partner at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our customers. You will have a significant impact on the organization by working with business leaders and managers to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and drive strategies to support the development and retention of our talented workforce.


In this role, you will report to the Country HR Director and you will work in 3/2 hybrid working setup out of the Bucharest office. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, employee retention and engagement, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business objectives. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives;Find and fix significant risks that would impact the business and align internal policies to relevant laws and regulations and ensure compliance; provide location-specific HR expertise;Deploy HR solutions locally and build high performing teams; cultivate a pool of talented leaders and managers;Implement talent solutions and guide managers on tools to find, hire, grow, and keep talent aligned to the business strategy;Identify upcoming talent and find opportunities to enable career growth in the business; focus on succession planning;Influence managers to engage their workforce and foster a workplace well-being culture that values inclusion and diversity.

Key skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience;Proven HR Generalist / HR Partner experience, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition;Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices;Experience in managing employee relations as well as driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture;Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in using various tools and platforms to generate insights and reports;
Great level of English.
