The role will ensure interpretation, alignment, and execution of the People Strategy and at the same time will deliver and promote best practice and operational excellence of HR across the business.
You will act as an advocate of the wider function and leverage our Centres of Excellence and Business Services teams to meet strategic HR needs of the business.
A snapshot of the role
Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the leadership teams of the regional business lines.Drive the talent lifecycle by implementing and overseeing centre-led programs, ensuring successful implementation in different geographies and talent segments.Connect the talent strategy with the strategic priorities of the business, utilizing data analytics and insights to measure success.Act as a key member of the business lines' leadership teams, providing HR expertise and insights.Ensure globally inclusive People programs, policies, and processes, considering local culture, language, and statutory requirements. Partner with in-country HR teams and navigate a highly matrixed HR organization to implement and deliver the programs.Drive transformational programs across multiple geographies to enable profitable business growth.Develop and nurture the leadership pipeline, including identifying and grooming executive-level successors for leadership talent and future pipelines.Forge relationships with senior leaders and top talent, supporting ongoing talent conversations with executive leadership about capabilities, aspirations, and development opportunities.Maximize awareness of opportunities and available talent across global geographies.Collaborate with leadership to ensure people aspects are at the core of strategic transformation initiatives.Lead the annual compensation process, driving continuous improvements and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Support enterprise-wide incentive initiatives and implement change management plans tailored to the specific needs of the business lines and local geographies.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to deliver top-quality recruitment services to our leaders and clients.Champion JLL values, culture, and leadership behaviours, embedding them in our people practices.Be flexible and adaptable in a changing business environment, actively anticipating and shifting HR priorities to meet acute business needs.Before you apply it’s worth knowing what we are looking for:
Tertiary qualifications couple with demonstrated experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering is essential. The ability to formulate HR strategy to support business growth and provide high quality service to the business in a changing environment will ensure you succeed in this fabulous opportunity.
Other Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in working across and coaching HR teams in different geographies.Strong knowledge of the full HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, and compensation.Experience working in a highly matrixed organization, with the ability to navigate complex structures.Proven ability to drive transformational change initiatives across diverse geographies.Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and establish credibility with senior leaders.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations across different geographies.If you are a strategic and forward-thinking HR professional who thrives in a complex and dynamic environment, and if you are passionate about driving the growth and success of the organization through effective people strategies, we would love to hear from you.
