We’re looking for a Senior HR Process Specialist who will aim to develop and continuously improve the global HR processes. In this role you will be the point of contact regarding global process questions and ideas for improvement, you will be in charge of successfully implementing process changes, and support in global process reviews and cross-functional alignments. While the Senior HR Process Specialist’s scope is process design and improvement in general, you will pay special attention to automation opportunities and implementation.
In addition to the standard process work, the HR Process Specialist leverages their process and system knowledge, holistic view, and attention to detail to manage small-to-medium HR projects and support global HR projects.

This role will be mostly remote and will report to the HR Transformation and Process Manager.
Main tasks and responsibilitiesGlobal HR Processes
Continuously look for improvement opportunities by maintaining excellent stakeholder relations Maintain strong relations with internal automation experts Keep up to date with automation trends and best practices through own research and external network Coordinate, guide and collaborate with the Process Key Users / Subject Matter Experts Conceptualise improvement opportunities and identify viable ideas based on available resources, process strategy, and system limitations Drive process improvement initiatives with great attention to detail Identify, understand and act appropriately to the connections between different HR processes, systems, and their impact on overall HR and other functions and divisions Ensure clear process documentation (Process Maps, Global Work Instructions, additional instructions and training materials) Monitor compliance of HR processes to HR policies, legal regulations, and support the execution of the Internal Control framework Process strategy and carry out larger and/or cross-functional process review projects Ensure clear and deliberate HR Process communication through correctly identifying the target audience and their needs, and respecting the relevant communication channels
HR Projects
Support global HR projects through project document creation/maintenance, project monitoring, basic system support (configuration and/or testing), and training delivery Participate as (supporting) Project Manager in initiatives related to the operational HR Services field, such as payroll and HR Admin automation; through project planning, internal resources and external vendor coordination, monitoring, and stakeholder management Collaborate with the HRIS team and external vendors on system implementations, upgrades, and integrations Troubleshoot issues and ensure regular qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the implemented changes All work needs to be conducted in compliance with Global Company guidelines, code of conduct, policies, procedures, controls and legal requirements.What you’ll need to succeed Minimum Bachelor Degree Experience in Business, HR, or similar field will be an advantage 4+ years of experience in an international environment Experience in process development and improvement initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Experience in project management with ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision Considered a significant advantage: experience with payroll and/or automation projects Experience with Google Workspace Full professional proficiency of written and oral English Interest in HR System Configuration Familiar with Google Apps Script and Gemini, or willing to learn Identify potential issues and propose actionable solutions, taking initiative to resolve problems Prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision Pay meticulous attention to details in HR documentation and process implementation Strong communication skills, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills Ability to analyse complex processes and data, identifying bottlenecks, understanding interdependencies, and making informed decisions Considered a significant advantage: Green Belt in (Lean) Six Sigma or PRINCE2/PMP certification
