Senior HR Professional, DPS Controls Site HR Requisition ID: 42322 Job Location(s): Busan, KR **Job Description** We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join us as a Senior HR Professional for DPS Controls Site HR at the Busan plant in Korea. In this role, you will support all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, local trainingsand development at Gijan Busan plant. This position provides a great opportunity to develop your HR career within a dynamic, growing organization. And you will report directly to the Senior Manager of HR People Partnering DPS in Seoul. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and supporting interview and selection processes. + Provide support for employee relations activities, including resolving employee issues, grievances, and providing guidance on HR policies. + Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that employees have a smooth transition. + Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth. + Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements. + Help drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, job satisfaction, and retention. + Support compliance with labor laws and company policies, ensuring that all practices are in line with regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
