The Senior HR Reporting Partner will collaborate with assigned business functions/COEs to support HR reporting and analytics needs. In this role, the incumbent will document, prioritize, and deliver reporting solutions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. Additionally, this role will work with the business to monitor and maintain data quality.
Responsibilities:
Execute reporting and analytics solutions in alignment with the People Analytics & Reporting strategy for assigned business functions/COEs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to document reporting requirements and prioritize analytics requests based on business needs.
Ensure data accuracy by partnering with teams to address and resolve data quality issues for assigned business areas.
Provide updates on data quality measures and improvements to HR leadership.
Assist in managing HR initiatives and change requests for assigned functions through established processes.
Develop and maintain basic documentation and training materials related to HR data and reporting tools.
Support the delivery of special projects as needed, such as global HR initiatives.
Track and communicate the status of reporting requests using tools like Jira or Dovetail.
Ensure data privacy and security standards are followed when handling sensitive reporting requests.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts for reporting processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree is a plus but not required
5-8 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
2+ years of experience with HCM reporting
1+ year of experience with Workday reporting
1+ year of Tableau or Power BI experience
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
Ability to work through ambiguous requirements
Experience developing comprehensive reporting solutions
Exposure to HR-related departments (Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, etc.)
SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not required
