Senior HR Reporting Specialist (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

 

Responsibility for customization and further developments for the HR Business Warehouse, e.g. development of new technical reports and new data objects/ attributes incl. test and quality assurance Development of HR reports for top management combining different data sources Support and consult end-users of the HR Business Warehouse, e.g. team-internal members, but also other users Steering of the personnel cost planning process and liquidity planning for Germany in alignment with relevant stakeholders, e.g. finance and local/ regional HR colleagues Development and maintenance of communication and training documentation Providing trainings on HR Analytics tools / dashboards Close alignment with relevant stakeholder, e.g. HR Business Warehouse IT, external partners, data protection, ESG reporting team Other ad hoc tasks within the area of HR Master Data/ HR Reporting

 

Your Qualifications

 

Extensive experience in HR reporting or controlling area, preferably in complex matrix organizations using multiple system Advanced experience in project management Advanced knowledge and extensive experience in usage of different ERP and/or business warehouse systems (i.e. SAP, Workday) and willingness to become familiar with new tools Advanced knowledge and experience in MS Office usage (especially MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) HR process knowledge as an advantage Very good written and spoken German (B2 or C1) Very good written and spoken English (B2) Strong (stakeholder-oriented) communication and presentation skills across different hierarchical levels, preferably with first experience gained in consulting / advisory roles Strong analytical skills, multitasking skills, data driven mindset and high affinity for numbers Excellent team player, but also able to work independently in a hybrid-working mode
