Senior HR Supervisor, Training & Development
Overview Managing plant development plan following strategy and support COE program. Responsibilities Execute learning strategies, performance management process and organization culture programs to overall Operations (covering Manufacturing, Agronomy, Logistics and support functions) Evaluate individual/organizational learning & development needs and establish annual plan, budget and its monitoring to meet learning strategies and business requirements Design, deliver and implement various learning methods plantwide (e.g. formal training, online training, OJT, workshop, mentoring and other learning methods) Assist in the design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with the organization's goals together with Training & Development Manager Support people capability part in implementing Operations Performance Tools plantwide covering Kaizen, TPM, 5S, resource conservation and other productivity programs Lead local activation to consistently align to PepsiCo Culture and Ways of Working in order to ensure the impactful implementation Execute all implementation of Management Systems in which HR as standard owners at overall Operations including ISO, OHSAS, GMP, HACCP and other related laws & requirements Qualifications Job Specification (external) Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HRM/HRD), Business Administration or other related fields Minimum 5 years of progressive relevant work experience in human resources; training & development, preferably from FMCG industries or Multi-national Company work environments Previous leadership experience in first-line supervisor level is desirable. Highly developed organizational, engaging people development, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to perform duties with minimal work direction are required. Strong computer literacy (particularly in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Learning Management Systems) is required, and Proficiency in O365, Canva, Kahoot, Slido, Mentimeter is a plus. Verbal & written communications, various level of people interaction and facilitation skill is preferred. Job Specification (internal) Minimum 5 years of supervisory roles that accountable for workforce allocation, people capability development, employee relations and operational performance/continuous improvement Practical skills in designing training programs, learning process and being an internal trainer will be advantage Analytical, problem-solving and ability to perform duties with minimal work direction are required. Strong computer literacy (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint), verbal & written communications, various level of people interaction. Familiarity to training management systems/online learning platform is preferred Bachelor's degree in any field, Human Resource Management/Development is desirable
