Job Responsibilities:
The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for functional and technical support through the design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, oversight, and governance for all US, CAN and Global HR Systems The HRIS Analyst must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Their expertise in SuccessFactors and HR technology is essential for optimizing HR processes, improving data accuracy, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the organization. This position uses SAP SuccessFactors HR systems expertise to design, implement, and improve processes supporting US and CAN. The Analyst ensures all systems are operating effectively, efficiently, and meeting business needs. Create and maintain SOP and Process documentation of the business functions and providing improvement opportunities as business evolves. Responsible for functional and technical development, design, and hands on system configuration across the HR technical landscape, providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership related to new technology, impact assessments, integrations, or business process changes. Develop, design, and partner with the functional teams to implement all HR-related enhancements, fixes, and projects Provide daily operational support to various HR functions, such as recruitment, performance, payroll, talent, and compensation. Partner with IT to continuously improve the HR User Experience for HR systems, applications and technology – evaluating the effectiveness of current HR Solutions while leveraging industry best practices Review and perform impact assessment, and defining testing requirements in partnership with the HR functions for SAP half yearly releases

5 years experience in SuccessFactors system within the following modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance and GoalsSystem Administration:
Proficiency in configuring and maintaining SuccessFactors modules. Experience with system security, user roles, and permissions management.Data Management:
Expertise in data entry, data validation, and data reporting within SuccessFactors. Ability to create and analyze complex reports to support HR decision-making.Training and Support:
Capability to develop and deliver training programs for end-users. Experience in creating user guides, FAQs, and other support materials.Integration Knowledge:
Understanding of integrating SuccessFactors with other HR and enterprise systems. Familiarity with middleware and data integration tools.Customization and Enhancement:
Skills in customizing SuccessFactors to meet specific organizational requirements. Ability to identify and implement system enhancements and new features.Compliance and Security:
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices for maintaining system security. Ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and organizational policies.Continuous Improvement:
Commitment to staying updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and industry trends. Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for system and process improvements.Vendor Management:
Experience in managing relationships with SuccessFactors and other HR technology vendors. Ability to negotiate contracts and service agreements. #LI-AZ1
The annual base salary range for this position is $110,840.00 - $147,535.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
