Pay Range:

$69,800.00 - $114,800.00

The Senior People Technology (Workday) Analyst plays a pivotal role in optimizing People Technology projects and ensuring seamless Workday functionality. Acting as a Workday subject matter expert, this role partners with HR, IT staff, and business leaders to enhance system capabilities, maintain compliance, and drive process efficiencies. The analyst is responsible for system configuration, troubleshooting, data integrity, user training, and staying current on Workday updates. They will also streamline workflows, manage security access, and ensure effective system adoption across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to understand system needs, identify gaps and implement effective solutionsServe as the primary system administrator for assigned Workday modules, ensuring optimal performance and securityConfigure and maintain system settings, conduct audits, and troubleshoot system issues to enhance efficiency and accuracyManage data imports, exports, and integration with other systems, ensuring data integrityStay informed on new Workday releases, assess system changes, and communicate relevant updates to stakeholdersDesign and deliver training, documentation, and user guides to improve adoption and system utilization.Work cross-functionally to optimize business processes, automate workflows and improve efficiencyContribute to the HR technology roadmap, identifying opportunities for system enhancementEnsure compliance with security protocols, data privacy regulations, and internal policiesSupport HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders with Workday-related inquiries, configuration and troubleshooting.Perform other duties as needed to support organizational needs

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience; Or an Associate degree with 10+ years of relevant experience3+ years of HRIS experience, with hands-on Workday configuration preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Expertise in Workday HCM, with strong knowledge in one or more areas: Benefits, Payroll or Time TrackingAbility to lead system configuration, troubleshooting, and process automationSkilled in exercising solid judgment when evaluating and handling ambiguous and complex situations with minimal oversight and independent decision-makingDeep understanding of compliance requirements and security administrationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and an inherent curiosity with an aptitude to learnExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departmentsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environmentExperience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement
