1Shift: First Shift (United States of America)Summary: Processes invoices for HRI vendors for payments of purchases administered by the Materials Management Department; serves as a back-up for accounts payable relating to purchase orders; prepares payments for expenditures that are not processed through Materials Management; requests appropriate back-up and approvals from department in accordance with organization policies and procedures; generates checks for accounts payable transactions; performs travel reimbursements; oversees, reconciles and initiates actions to correct operating problems; verifies accuracy of all transactions; verifies compliance with standards and policies; performs accounts payable follow-up resolution and customer service; participates in the policies and procedures process; coordinates accounts payable team activities and priorities. Salary range is $55,005-$68,805.Qualifications:Required Education and Experience1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time general bookkeeping experience; or
2. Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time general bookkeeping experience; or
3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time general bookkeeping experience.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
