Senior HRIS Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join us in Manila as we scale the growth of our business in Philippines. 

As the Senior HRIS Analyst, you will work with teams across Tricentis to support our Workday HRIS system and support the system lifecycle. You will support HR related projects and serve as a technical resource to implement changes, fix bugs, enable users and support business processes. You will participate in project work, Workday enhancements, and fixes, from the request and requirements stage through build, test, and deployment. This role will be aligned to US hours, which would be 9pm to 6am, Manila time.


Responsibilities:

Provide support to the HR team and employees using WorkdayPerform system configuration and maintenance based on developed requirements and evolving business needsProvide support for systems used by our Workday functional teams to identify and resolve tenant configuration, business process and or integration issues while making recommendations for and implementing process improvementsMonitor and maintain security requirements for multiple tenants, including complex security rolesWork with customers to gather user requirements, design, preconfigure, coordinate user testing, and implement modifications to Workday’s modulesEnsure data integrity through aggregate analysis and an understanding of the processes deployedReview business procedures and workflows to ensure system features are being fully utilized and identify Workday features that may improve efficiencyWork with functional users to provide solutions for unique business needs within a consolidated business processCoordinate with the Workday team on implementation of new releases, fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and usersRecommend changes to configuration or adoption of new functionalitiesGuide functional users on adoption of new processesEnsure we always maintain a secure and SOX compliant Workday estate

Required Skills and Experience

3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration experienceMust have certification in Workday HCMMust have Time & Attendance and Absence certificationExperience with Workday Security is a plusExperience with Workday Integrations and Workday Adaptive Planning is a plusExperience administering Workday in an SOX-compliant environmentStrong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, and human resources business processes using WorkdayAbility to own the design and configuration of multiple modules in WorkdaySolid knowledge of Agile methodologiesAbility to manage multiple initiatives and requests simultaneously

Education

Knowledge and skills would typically be acquired through a bachelor's degree
