What You'll Be Doing
Work with the Process Optimization Manager and stakeholders.Establish project objectives and ensure successful completion.Identify and mitigate risks through continuous HR data monitoring.Utilize technology for predictive analytics and risk assessment.Monitor process effectiveness and recommend improvements.What Are We Looking For
5+ years experience in HR data analyticsKnowledge in data management, security, and compliance best practices Use tools like run charts, Pareto analysis, and cause & effect matrices.Develop and implement technical solutions for HR processes.Create control plans for process improvements.Conduct root cause analysis using methods like 5 Why’s and Fishbone Diagrams.Work Environment
