Job DescriptionHRIS Management:
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS systems, with a strong focus on Workday.Create HRIS roadmap with input from HR stakeholders and collaborate with IT and internal HRIS team to ensure resources are in place to complete priorities.Ensure that processes are in place to ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy within HRIS.Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.Conduct regular audits and system upgrades to enhance functionality.HR Operations:
Ensure that HR operational strategies and processes are optimized to be consistent across the globe while ensuring compliance with company policies and local legal requirements.Coordinate with payroll and other internal HR teams (HR BP, L&D, Talent Administration, Benefits and compensation) to ensure consistency and alignment with global HR strategies.Manage compliance reporting for government related items such affirmative action, EEO, Vets, reportingManage audit compliance for financial audits, customer audits, and technology audits.Data Analysis and Reporting:
Lead team to generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.Project Management:
Lead HR projects, including system implementations and process improvements.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor HRIS and operations team members.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment that is accountable for defined goals.Provide training and development opportunities for team members.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS management and HR operations, with 4+ specific experience in all of Workday HCM.Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Recruiting systems).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven project management experience.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
