Senior HRIS Lead

The Senior HRIS Lead is responsible for overseeing internal HR Technical Projects and Operations, engaging and executing identified work requests and supporting operations within Global HR Tech. This role ensures HR Operations are streamlined, efficient and align to multiple HR applications and processes used. The right candidate will be required to learn our current HR infrastructure and ideally have experience in Success Factors and/or SAP payroll, supporting and overseeing all Technical Operations within Core Systems “Associate Central”[AC], “GlobalView [SAP GV]”, “Enterprise Management [EV5]” The Senior HRIS Lead collaborates with various BU’s and functions ensuring requirements are clear and executed within identified timelines, driving technical Improvements, automation and identifying clear processes, enabling operational effectiveness through technology.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and Oversee HR Technology Operations [Global], supporting, managing and advising HR Tech teams. Liaising with various functions to identify root issues, manage fixes and/or improvements as needed.
+ Deliver and execute technical projects within identified timelines and become a subject matter expert, supporting and participating where needed.
+ Lead HR Operational work, including mass management, annual HR programs and identified enhancements.
+ Awareness of internal HR Technology Systems, oversee technical operations and system maintenance including upgrades and maintain global operations resolving data issues in all HRIS systems.
+ Analyse current HR processes within HR systems and recommend improvements to optimize operations which enhance the user experience.
+ Be involved with M&A activities being the HR Technical support for internal M&A function.
+ Work closely with HR tech teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integrations and functionality of HR systems and applications.
+ Daily Operations management/audit/troubleshooting of HRIS systems.
+ Have awareness of CRM systems, salesforce and manage tickets assigned within service level agreements.
+ Awareness of challenges related to data management and can successfully work in “project mode” with various teams and individuals across the world, with a high level of autonomy and proactivity.
**Qualifications/Technical Experience** **:**
+ Proficiency in HR Technology systems e.g. HRIS, payroll, with experience in managing Technical Operations and previous involvement in technical projects.
+ Must possess high technical aptitude and understand system interfaces.
+ Demonstrate excellent analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to create communications explaining technical improvements with simplicity and clarity.
+ Ability to adapt to changing technologies & processes and manage multiple operations/tasks simultaneously.
+ Strong interpersonal skills, communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
+ Must have solid decision-making skills and the ability to influence others.
+ Ideally have experience in SAP [GlobalView]/Success Factors/CRM Tools or alternative systems.
+ Excel, power point, MS office knowledge a key requirement.
**Education** **:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
+ Other than English, other languages preferred.
