Senior HRSS Specialist with Spanish language skills


Your Impact

You will play a pivotal role in addressing advanced and complex HR issues. You will provide senior-level support to the HRSS Response Centre and Processing Centre, ensuring the seamless execution of HR processes. Your expertise will help drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and deliver a high-quality employee experience. You will collaborate with other HR functions and external vendors to optimize HR transactions, offer guidance to resolve escalations, and lead training sessions to ensure best practices.

 

What the Role Offers

Opportunity to provide specialized HR support in complex operational transactions. Work closely with HR Centres to improve service delivery and optimize processes. Lead and guide the HRSS Response and Processing Centres on policy interpretation and process updates. Collaborate with key HR stakeholders, including CoEs and external vendors. Chance to lead regional HRSS projects and contribute to global initiatives. A role in continuous process improvement, helping to develop strategies for enhanced efficiency and customer service. Exposure to diverse HR tasks across the Southern European subregion (Spain, France, Italy, etc.). Responsible for RFPs, risk management, and audits within the HRSS function.

 

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fields; HR professional accreditation is preferred. Strong HR operations and shared services expertise, focusing on the Southern European subregion. Proven experience managing complex HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities. Proficiency in HR process optimization and knowledge management. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Competency in SAP/SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, French and other European languages are a plus.
