As a result of significant growth, Wood Transmission & Distribution Ltd UK is seeking an established HSE Advisor based in Alness, Scotland to provide support, assurance, and advice on all matters relating to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment on a permanent, staff basis. HSE experience within an Overhead Lines, Underground Cabling and Civils environment is preferable although not essential.
In this role, you will be offering on-site HSSE support for multiple electricity transmission and distribution projects in Scotland, particularly in Alness, Scotland with SSE as our primary client.
We are looking for a dedicated professional to champion a robust HSSE culture, driving continuous improvement and engagement across our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and client requirements to proactively manage risks. If you have a strong foundation in HSSE practices, along with experience in auditing and investigations, this role is for you.
