Senior Human Resource Information System Analyst

As a Senior Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst, you’ll lead the overall configuration, maintenance and performance management of all Human Resources Information Systems related to payroll, time off, employee records, benefits and more. You’ll champion the technical partnership with supported business areas to create new system workflow, create the expectations for maintaining information security and develop your own strategies for improving the system, while mentoring and developing your peers.

About the Role

Develop and configure responsive workflows and future state strategies to efficiently and accurately drive HR business processesProvide clear direction, create and share templates and deliver relevant communication regarding business workflows to team members across different functions, business areas and levels of the organizationEvaluate systems and processes holistically to identify areas of improvement and configure/implement solutionsOutline and build appropriate solutions as well as deliver and communicate results by testing, creating technical documentation and hosting functional demos for business area acceptance criteriaDevelop, test and configure for all use cases while facilitating user acceptance testingProactively monitor and manage system updates/outages/maintenance, ongoing improvements and configurations and communicate with impacted business areasProvide internal and external technical support to ensure adequate functioning of the HR systems and interfaces while serving as the initial contact for troubleshooting system errorsFunction as the technical expert in partnering with HR business areas and outside vendorsApply sophisticated quantitative and qualitative analyses to produce actionable insightsTake big-picture ideas, break them into actionable steps and execute on change and share this skill with others on the teamDrive multiple initiatives simultaneouslyProvide accurate and timely updates for status of tasks and projectsSeek out opportunities to share best practicesExcel at leading multiple initiatives simultaneouslyLead cross-team and stream initiativesSet the example for the team of living our culture

About You

5 years of related experienceBachelor’s degree in human resources or technologyStrong organizational, communication and client service skillsStrong interpersonal relationship skillsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to drive analytical projects to completion with minimal directionAbility to think creatively, deal with ambiguity and manage changing prioritiesStrong computer and technical skills, experience with Workday and/or object-oriented programming or application engineering preferredProcess experience and/or project experienceSolution-focused mindsetAbility to make decisions independentlyExperience interacting with several of the following: payroll, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, time tracking, leave of absence and/or benefit teams
