Senior Human Resource Specialist

As a Senior Human Resource Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our nation's cyber defense mission. Key Responsibilities:

Create, draft and edit hiring packages. Develop position descriptions.Manage the onboarding of new personnel.Organize, maintain, and review personnel records.Enter and retrieve personnel information and prepare organizational charts.Manage HR correspondence.Provide information about personnel programs and procedures.Advise management and employees on a wide range of HR issues.Analyze HR data and present findings to leadership to make data-driven decisions.Requires an active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred with 3-8 years of direct experience.5-10 years extensive experience in human resources, preferably in a federal government or military environment.Knowledge of federal HR regulations, including Title 5, U.S. Code preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with HR information systems (HRIS).Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, GPHR) preferred.
