Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ (BCA) Human Resources (HR) Manufacturing, Safety and Total Quality organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Renton, WA!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive HR team at Boeing.  By partnering with senior executives, managers, and employees, you will have a critical role in driving business value, a best-in-class employee experience and effective delivery of HR programs, services and support. The position requires strategic thinking, strong written and oral communication skills, talent management experience, collaboration, employee relations, independent judgment and the ability to influence others.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead key HR initiatives and partner with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organizational objectivesCollaborate with managers/employees to drive the development of people strategies, action plans and metrics to assess progress/impactAccountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources as appropriate; influencing process improvement by working with others; utilizing conflict resolution techniques, and making the necessary changes to mitigate risk and ensure employee perspectives are consideredCoach all employee levels including management and executive leaders on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture to performance outcomesDevelop integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectivesContribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity & inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service deliveryTrack and analyze staffing and diversity strategy performance and develop corrective solutionsPartner with skill team leading resource management, skills utilization, and forecasting of current and future Workforce requirements across the BCA Quality functionUtilize HR metrics and people data for informed decision-making, leveraging Tableau and Excel for data analysis and reportingCommunicate with HR peers and leaders on site activitiesCollaborate with stakeholders and HR peers supporting the transformation of our production systemsSupport site activities at Puget Sound locations as needed

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Flexible work arrangements will be considered on an as-needed basis.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldHuman Resources certification(s)3+ years in a Human Resources Business Partner role3+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives3+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organizationStrong problem-solving abilities and data analysis skills, including thorough ability to utilize and understand various HR tools and systemsStrong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in crafting executive-level presentations with PowerPoint and utilizing Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and effective communication of insightsExperience with manufacturingExperience with hourly and union workforce

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Shift Work:

This position is for first shift.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $111,350 - $150,650
