Boeing’s Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join the team supporting our Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Global Supply Chain & Integration organization, including the BDS Supplier Quality leadership and team located in Berkeley, MO, Mesa, AZ, Oklahoma City, OK, Ridley Park, PA, El Segundo, CA, Everett, WA or Tukwila, WA.
The candidate will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders, managers and individual contributors across BDS Global Supply Chain & Integration. Our HR community is composed of incredible, diverse HR professionals who are driven by understanding and advocating for employees and are passionate around mentoring leaders.
This individual will provide high-value, coordinated consultation and integrated solutions to tackle business challenges, proactively mitigate risks and ensure our business goals and objectives deliver repeatable outcomes throughout our Global Supply Chain & Integration organization.

Partner closely with BDS Global Supply Chain & Integration leadership to create Talent Strategies that support Business StrategiesDevelop and deploy integrated Human Resources services, processes and data analytics that drive business results for the BDS Global Supply Chain & Integration organization, including:Talent acquisition – staffing strategies and action plansEngagement, development and retention initiativesPerformance management and compensationSuccession Planning and pipeline developmentConsultation on a range of HR-related deliverablesChampion a culture of diversity and inclusionEnable informed, data-driven business decisions by providing robust workforce analytics, trends and consultationEstablish strong, collaborative relationships with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including our Centers of Excellence (CoEs), based on trust, credibility, expertise and business acumenPartner closely with BDS Global Supply Chain & Integration leadership and other key stakeholders to develop a deep, diverse talent pipeline of current and future leadersAccountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate; influencing process improvement by working with othersCoach all employee levels including management and executive leaders on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture-to-performance outcomesContribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service deliveryThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Position may require domestic travel up to 10% of the time.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in HR, Compensation, Benefits and/or Employee Relations3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role3+ years of experience in partnering with business leaders and strategy leaders1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagementPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Advanced degree preferred in Business or Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related fieldCertified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP or similarWorking experience with HRIS platforms and technology, with preferred application experience in Workday3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal roleHR experience in aerospace and/or defense industryExperience navigating a matrixed organizationExcellent verbal, written and presentation skillsTypical Education & Experience:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $111,350 - $150,650
