Senior Human Resources Business Partner

As a Senior Business Partner at Crozer Health, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives across multiple functions of employee and labor relations.  The Sr. Business Partner will act as a support resource in the areas of policy administration, talent acquisition & recruitment and personnel file maintenance.  Provides support to all employees with human resources or labor-related issues.  Will assist in facilitating collective bargaining agreements across multiple facilities.   The successful Sr. Business Partner will be a forward thinker who proactively engages employees, influencing change and anticipating business environmental needs while working collaboratively with all levels of partners across the organization.

Requirements 

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business or other related field required.  Master’s Degree preferred.  7–10 years of direct experience working in a union environment, facilitating collective bargaining agreements. Thorough knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws.  PHR or SPHR certification preferred Certified Labor Relations Professional certificate preferred
