Senior Human Resources Expert

Required skills:
general familiarity with human resources processes
proficient in attracting and hiring and supplying the required personnel of the organization
proficient in personnel matters including drawing up contracts and filing (physical and digital) and recording personnel information in The system and issuance of rulings and other systemic matters of human resources
Monitoring and controlling the monthly performance of employees to calculate salaries and wages
Familiar with the welfare of personnel including supplementary insurance
Participating in the training process
helping to solve interpersonal conflicts
preparing and presenting the required reports
onboarding new forces
answering and guiding colleagues
doing and following up on the current affairs of colleagues such as loans, assistance and other facilities
Proficient in labor law, insurance
Proficient in Office (especially Word and Excel)
Proficient in solutions software is an advantage.
