Reporting directly to the HR Manager onsite at our Council Bluffs, IA manufacturing facility, local producers of Marie Callendar, Healthy Choice, Hungryman, and more, you will be responsible for human resources, employee relations and labor relations at our site of approximately 800 employees. You will oversee several areas of human resources such as, recruiting, labor relations, training, EEO/AAP, benefits, employee relations, compensation and continuous improvement. Assist top management in implementation of talent and HR activities and administration of existing programs following procedures including EEO compliance.

Do You Have What it Takes?

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field5 years of professional experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skillsDemonstrated experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational developmentExperience with Workday, UKG or other HRISExperience leading teams
