Reporting to the Human Resource Manager at our Milton PA plant you'll provide Human Resources support to assigned departments including recruitment and retention, staffing and orientation. You'll provide support with employee relations, project management, training and development, and assisting in the coordination of human resource planning projects.
Position Responsibilities
Provide daily business HR partnership and consultation for plant location.Provide coaching and advice to management on ways to administer HR programs and manage and resolve complex employee issues.Lead the implementation of approved employee relations policies and practices, providing professional and technical assistance to functional leadership.Lead overall organization of Human Resource programs within the assigned function, including, EEO, unemployment, litigation, retention, termination, turnover, and severance issuesPartner with HR peers, HR centers of excellence and other business support functions including Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and Legal on different needs.Implement approved programs and policies to ensure enhancement and acceptance of diversity and proper EEO/AAP legal compliance.Design and complete ad hoc reporting, conducts analysis and draws conclusions that aide in making sound decisions.Develop consulting relationships and influence business leaders through coaching and partnership.Partner with the HR Manager to identify opportunities for improvement in HR practices and effectively manage change to support employees and other key stakeholders.Lead detailed investigations.Perform other related tasks as assigned.Position Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degreeMinimum 5 years of professional experience in Human ResourcesExperience with EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skillsExperience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational developmentProject Management experienceExperience using data analytics to guide continuous improvement.Experience using technology to streamline processes.Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday or other HRIS#LI-PM2

Compensation:
Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
