The Sr. HR Manager leads the long-range strategic planning to anticipate the innovation of change initiatives that promote people productivity, organizational efficiency, and cost effectiveness. The Sr. HR Manager is responsible for developing and executing HR strategy to support the overall business plan, promoting a healthy work environment.

Salary Range: $59,000 - $60,000/year
ResponsibilitiesEstablish and implement HR strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operational objectives and strategic vision. Leverage management tools that identify, align, and build on the business's human capital capabilities in order to achieve overall business results and reach desired targets.
Innovate in talent management, engagement and retention strategy, driving opportunity for all. Partner with site managers to assess talent needs. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process. Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates & cost-per-hire).
Review the organizational design and rewards structure to reflect the dynamics of the business environment. Identify, develop, and implement innovative incentive/reward systems that addresses business needs and helps to engage staff.
Develop compensation and benefits plans, using data analysis of market trends, organizational data, and good judgment, in collaboration with Senior Management, to ensure employee satisfaction in equitable and competitive total compensation package.
Function as a strategic business advisor to senior management regarding key organizational and management issues. Support in coaching site managers on issues including application of HR policies and processes, restructuring, investigations, and other employee issues.
Facilitate resolution of employee relations issues in partnership with internal resources. Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.
Provide data informed reports at a regular cadence to Senior Management of human resource management related performance indicators, with recommendations, when applicable.
Salary Range: $59,000 - $60,000/year

QualificationsA Master's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in human resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field required.
A minimum of six years of HR experience, with at least 3 years of management HR experience. Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
Technological savvy to drive efficiencies and to engage the workforce through innovations in technology solutions. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
