Senior Human Resources Manager
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Human Resources to lead HR strategy during the construction of a new facility. This role will shape the workforce from the ground up, supported by a strong corporate structure. The Senior Manager will oversee HR during the build-out and transition into a broader leadership role after construction is complete.

Direct Hire position$120,000.00 to $150,000.00 /annuallySalariedEstablish HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with legal regulations.Drive the implementation of policies across all levels of the organization, with access to corporate resources and expertise.Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including employee records, policies, and procedures.Review and validate payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Implement fair and consistent disciplinary processes when necessary.Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.Senior Human Resources Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable.Proven experience as an HR leader in a manufacturing or industrial setting is requiredExperience overseeing HR operations during facility construction, expansion or start-up is preferredIn-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to influence and drive change.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
