Senior HVAC & Plumbing Engineer

Professional Experience

Minimum of 15 years of experience in HVAC & Plumbing design, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in HVAC design software such as HAP & ELITE CHVACStrong knowledge of ASHRAE, IMC, IPC, SBC, NFPA & SMACNA standards.Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other advanced design technologies.

Leadership and Management Skills

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of HVAC & Plumbing Engineers & designers.Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.Strong presentation skills.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.

Additional Qualifications

Experience in GES+, Saudi Aramco, LSTK or similar projects.Experience in Energy Modelling will be additional qualities (but not essential)Experience in LEED certified projects will be additional qualities (but not essential)
