The Senior IT Process Analyst will be part of a team that is responsible for program coordination for large highly visible program that cross product and product lines.

The Senior Information Technology (IT) Process Analyst is accountable for business aligned, time bound activities, including identification of system interfaces and development of module reuse on an enterprise-wide scale. He/She participates in the development, direction, and implementation of Information Services (I.S.) strategy, standards, initiatives, and governing policies. This position collaborates with architects and end users to develop solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy. He/She contributes in project life cycle stages from initial kick-off through implementation. This position manages cross-functional relationships. He/She provides education and guidance to others on architecture, standards, principles, methodology, and trends. This position in particular will be for Agile Program Coordination. It is responsible for facilitating and coordinating initiatives across multiple Product Lines and/or Product Teams within a program or portfolio. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, supports the flow of information and helps to maintain transparency and accountability the delivery of an initiative or program. The coordinator acts as a liaison between teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience with Azure DevOps, managing backlogsability to coordinate program PI Planning EventsKnowledge of Planview Portfolio, Agile Place and Project Place is a PlusSAFe or PMI certified is a PlusExcellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.Project ManagementDemonstrated ability to engage, influence, and work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization, from senior executives to individual contributorsAbility to collaborate with stakeholdersConflict ManagementFacilitation SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $75,840/year to $140,580/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
