Senior IAM Analyst

Position Purpose:

Supports enterprise initiatives in designing and documenting forward thinking solutions as a systems analyst and technical writer in a project team setting. Provides in-depth business knowledge and IAM subject matter expert experience in solving problems.  Analyzes company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people.  Ensures project team alignment using established documentation processes and is capable of explain the documentation process to a variety of audiences.

Participates in the ongoing technical development and deployment of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) programPractices forward-thinking ensuring optimal new and existing processesPartners with cross-functional teams with a high-level of engagement to ensure quality of integration and joint designsStays abreast on knowledge of industry trends, protocols and standards, and associated technologiesDesigns, builds, implements, and deploys high availability solutions and other required IAM capabilities for large, cross platform projectsDevelops and document standard operating procedures, IAM Standards, and technical design documentation (i.e. repository of documents, process flows, technical specifications, etc.)Provides subject matter expertise on associated identity solutions, modules, IAM applications, platforms, frameworks, tools, active directory, privileged account management, synchronization, provisioning, public key infrastructure, and other relevant identity applicationsDesigns, documents, configures and tests enhanced security models and other applications used for Identity Access ManagementEnsures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelinesGathers data, track trend metrics, and analyzes the results for continuous service improvement (capacity, monitoring system health, uptime and growth, etc.)Implements changes needed to remediate issues or defectsIdentifies opportunities for streamlining and increasing effectiveness through continuous process improvementDesigns applications including code, functionality, and interoperability with other systems and applicationsDevelops Identity and Access Management (IAM) specific detailed technical requirements and designs, and incorporates industry best practices for access managementPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:

License/Certification:

Certified Identity Access Manager preferred

Pay Range: $72,400.00 - $130,100.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
